Our principles

• We only ask for the details we need to answer your request; you can leave the optional fields of our forms empty.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
• We do not use the details from our forms to send you marketing e-mails or text messages.
• Analytics cookies only run if you consent.
• We keep your details only for as long as necessary and then delete them.

No account needed

Our website has no membership or customer accounts; you do not need an account to browse products or build a quote list. The products you add to your quote list are stored only in your browser and reach us when you send the quote form.

How we protect your data

• The connection between the site and your browser is encrypted with SSL/TLS.
• Files and CVs you attach to our forms are stored in an area that cannot be reached from the internet; only authorised staff can open them through the admin panel. These files are not attached to notification e-mails.
• Your requests are notified only to our company’s authorised e-mail addresses so that they can be answered.
• Access to the admin panel is limited to personal, password-protected accounts with role-based permissions.
• The type and content of uploaded files are checked; unsuitable files are not accepted.
• Our forms are protected against spam and automated attacks, and addresses that scan the site for weaknesses are blocked automatically.
• Passwords and security keys are masked in our server logs, and the logs are deleted automatically at the end of their retention period.

Third-party services and links

Our website may contain links to, or content from, third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo and our social media accounts. When you use these services, the provider’s own privacy policy applies. Unless you have accepted all cookies, the map on the contact page is not loaded until you open it; gallery videos are not loaded until you open them.

Visitors from outside Türkiye

Our website is operated from Türkiye, and your personal data is processed under Turkish law, in particular the KVKK. If the law of your country (for example the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) gives you additional rights, such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability or the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, you can also exercise them by contacting us using the details below.

Children

Our website is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Data breaches

If we learn that your personal data has been obtained by unauthorised persons, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Board and you as soon as possible, as required by Article 12 of the KVKK.
