When you visit our website
To keep the site secure and prevent misuse, our server records the following for each request: IP address, browser and device information, the address visited and the referring page, date and time, site language, an irreversibly hashed session identifier and the content of the request (including what you enter when you submit a form, with fields such as passwords and security keys masked). In the records of automated access, such as search engines and AI tools, the IP address is irreversibly hashed. Cookies and similar technologies are explained in our Cookie Policy.

5. How we collect personal data
We collect personal data by automated means through the forms, cookies and server logs of our website, and by partly automated or non-automated means through e-mail, phone and WhatsApp correspondence.
6. Transfers
We do not sell your personal data or share it with anyone for advertising. As far as necessary for the purposes above, we may transfer it to:
- Service providers for website hosting, e-mail and IT services,
- Our advisers, such as our accountant or lawyer (only when the matter requires it),
- Public bodies and courts authorised by law (when they request it).
Transfers abroad: When they are enabled on our site, Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC) or hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) protects the forms and, if you consent, Google Analytics (Google LLC) or Yandex Metrica (Yandex) produces visit statistics. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps when you open it or accept all cookies, and gallery videos from YouTube or Vimeo when you open one. These services process data such as your IP address and device information on servers outside Türkiye. Transfers abroad are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK: primarily with appropriate safeguards (such as standard contracts notified to the Personal Data Protection Board) and, where these are not available, only occasionally and under the conditions listed in the Law. The same rules apply if the servers of our hosting or e-mail provider are located abroad.
7. Retention periods
